QUALITYstarsNY
is an initiative designed to help improve the quality of education and care programs that serve our youngest children. As QUALITYstarsNY continues to grow, it will provide parents and caregivers with information about the early childhood programs in their community.  QUALITYstarsNY is working to empower parents and caregivers to make informed choices about their children's early education and care.

If you are a Family or Group Family Child Care provider participating in QUALITYstarsNY, joining Aspire is one of the first steps you need to take. QUALITYstarsNY uses Aspire to pull important information related to staff qualifications, experience and training. This information is used to determine the points a site will earn towards aligned standards, and ultimately generates quality ratings.
