Description

Challenging behaviors and difficult situations are just a couple of problematic issues we face in the field of early childhood. Often times, we go to our "book of tricks" and try several techniques until we find just the right one to work through the challenge. Well, this Spring Conference we bring to you an entirely new book of tricks and techniques! We will address many of the ideas of Dr. Becky Bailey, founder of Loving Guidance Inc., and author of 14 books related to discipline and guidance. Her passion for creating positive relationships and environments is truly contagious. We plan to empower you to make confident and constructive changes in your approach to guiding children! Revive your knowledge of early childhood social-emotional skills and reconnect with your ability to stay calm in difficult situations. We will provide you with rituals and routines that will help eliminate stress and create a loving environment.
