Description

This three part training series provides an important opportunity to educate child care providers on topics that are crucial when working with children with disabilities and also give them a chance to expand the scope of their work with children with special needs and their families. The series will include: Americans with Disabilities Act and child care, Typical Behaviors vs. Challenging Behaviors, and Behavior Meltdowns vs. Tantrums. The participants of these training's will be given research based strategies and interventions that can be implemented in their child care program to address challenging behaviors.
