The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) has specific regulations about giving medication to children in child day care settings. The regulations require all child day care programs that choose to administer medication, other than over-the-counter topical ointments, sunscreen and topically applied insect repellent, to meet certain conditions including having staff who are approved to give medication in a child care setting. OCFS approved the Medication Administration Training (MAT) course to fulfill this requirement.

The Medication Administration Training provides child day care providers with the knowledge and skills to safely give medication to children in a child care setting.

The facility is located on the corner of 152nd Street in Tinton Avenue. Take the 2 or 5 Train to Jackson Avenue and walk over 3 blocks to 152nd & Tinton Ave. Jackson Ave is the stop passed 149th Street in 3rd Avenue going North Bound. Or, the stop passed Prospect Avenue going South Bound.
