Over my 27 years as the Executive Director of Cub Care Children’s Center, I have been blessed with the opportunity to LEARN from so many individuals; Teacher Educators, Professional Development Specialists, other Directors and Teachers, including my own teaching team, all of whom are dedicated to this field. I genuinely enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge with others as a trainer and mentor. I still learn from every encounter and seek out new opportunities for growth. Our Field is further evolving and expectations and definitions of quality care are becoming more refined. Together we have the knowledge, the opportunity, and the responsibility to help shape the future and lead the way toward access to quality care and education options for every child.
