Tiffany Akai, has experience with providing key aspects of professional development including but not limited to: supporting providers through cohort-based and individual coaching and mentoring. Tiffany coaches and mentors in areas such as developmentally appropriate practices, instructional support, curriculum support, evaluation, diversity, equity, and inclusionary practices as well as business development.

Prior to working as a certified coach and trainer, she served as a kindergarten teacher, PreK teacher, and has a wealth of experience in both the Head Start Non-profit area and the Private Pay sector. Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Child Development with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University, a Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus on Early Childhood Special Education & Leadership from Grand Canyon University, and is working towards a doctorate in Transformational Leadership in Education at Barry University.
