Anita is an experienced early childhood professional, adult learning specialist, and certified CPR/First Aid Instructor with over 15 years of direct experience in child day care settings. She holds an MSEd in K-12/Adult Learning, Educational Technology, and Instructional Design, giving her the foundation to deliver high-quality professional development to child care providers.
As Executive Director of Straight A Community Inc. and founder of Straight A Training, Anita designs training that is accessible, evidence-based, and aligned with the real needs of caregivers. Her background spans instructional design, compliance, healthcare administration, and organizational development. She is committed to supporting the early childhood workforce through OCFS required topic areas, CPR and First Aid, child abuse and maltreatment identification, and technology integration in care settings.
