Description

Participants will receive 60 contact hours of training in the last four of six CDA competency standard areas, including but not limited to: developing a greater understanding of the social and emotional development of children, using positive guidance techniques to manage the classroom, effectively communicating with families, creating a classroom environment that is responsive to the children's needs, tools and resources available to continue growing as a professional, and the ethical responsibilities associated with being and early childhood educator.
